Return & Refund Policy
Returns on any product(s) purchased from our website or by other means will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions:
To initiate the refund process please email us at sales@commercialnosing.co.uk with Order No. (Invoice No.) mentioned In the subject line.
- Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
- The product(s) must not be opened and must be in the same condition as on arrival.
- The buyer must pay for the return postage for the items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product).
- In order to claim a refund for any damaged or faulty items Client MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage or wrong items must be sent to sales@commercialnosing.co.uk
- If the Client has changed their mind, or ordered the incorrect item or dimension, Courier costs will be deducted from the Total Amount of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of a return of the goods.
- Standard Return Label charges are fixed £ 25.00 Inc VAT for UK Mainland Only.
- Refund will be issued once the product(s) arrvied back in warehouse.
- Refund process will take 3 Business days.
