Shipping Policy

All our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment excluding weekends and bank holidays. If you placed an order before 2:00 PM we will dispatch it the same day.

All the orders that are placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

We are offering 2 type of Shipping service.

Express Shipping
Express delivery services will take 1 to 2 working days. However, 90% of all orders are delivered the next day. Our Express Delivery charge is £15.59(Inc. VAT). These shipping charges are for UK Main Land only. For locations like Northern Ireland, Scotland and North will be different. Please email us at sales@commercialnosing.co.uk for the Shipping charges. 

Standard Shipping
Standard delivery services will take 3 to 5 working days. Our Standard Delivery charge is £11.99 (Inc. VAT). These shipping charges are for UK Main Land only. For locations like Northern Ireland, Scotland and North will be different. Please email us at sales@commercialnosing.co.uk for the Shipping charges. 

In the unlikely event that our couriers fail to deliver within the estimated period Mafson LTD. cannot be held responsible for delays on their part however if your order has not reached you within the expected time frame please call us at 01143609100 or send us an email at tracking@commercialnosing.co.uk to investigate on your behalf.

If orders are urgent, we recommend you select Express Delivery. This will guarantee your delivery within 1-2 working days if the order is placed before 2 pm on any working day. This service is via private courier. Please contact us if you wish to discuss other delivery options.
